The COVID-19 outbreak has caused disruption across the world. As a home service company, we are continuing to take care of our customers as if they are family.
Please understand we value our customer's safety and technician’s safety. Operations are now running with the precautions being taken by our technicians and office staff.
We equipped our technicians with alcohol wipes, masks, gloves, and booties. They are not accessing unnecessary parts of your residence or staying in the home longer than needed. They will also have more phone conversations with you, even from within your home.
We want you to know we are taking steps to prevent the spread of this virus to the best of our ability. We are requiring our technicians to stay home if they feel under the weather.
We also ask you, as our customers and family, to notify our office staff if you are showing signs of illness and have your appointment rescheduled to protect all parties involved.
